By signing up for or using AI HVAC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

AI HVAC provides an AI-powered estimate widget and lead capture system for HVAC contractors. We are a software provider, not an HVAC contractor.

Subscription & Billing

AI HVAC is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the published rate. Your subscription begins after the free trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI HVAC only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
